The 68th Capital Lakefair wrapped up at midnight after five days of “A Roarin’ Good Time” at Heritage Park. This year’s event featured fan favorites, like Food Row, the Friday night car show, Seniors’ Day, the Grand Parade and, of course, fireworks over the lake.
